INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
1. Information Collection. PMI collects information
from you at several different points and in different
ways on this Site. PMI will ask you for your permission
before PMI collects any information that personally identifies you or your business
or allows PMI to contact you or your business. PMI’s primary goal in collecting
personal and business information from you and/or your organization is to provide
you with efficient service. For example, PMI may use your personal and business
information to alert you to updated information and services offered by PMI.
(a) Ordering. PMI requests certain personal and business
information on its electronic product inquiry/order
form. If you order an PMI product on behalf of
your organization,
you will be prompted to provide to PMI certain personal and business information,
including without limitation the buyer’s name and shipping address. These
kinds of personal and business information are used for billing purposes and
to fulfill customers’ orders. If PMI has a problem processing a customer’s
order, PMI uses the personal and business information to contact the customer.
(b) Cookies and Other Technology. PMI currently does
not use “cookies” or
other similar aggregated site-visitation statistical information gathering technologies.
(c) Log Files. The Site server automatically recognizes
the Internet URL from which you access this Site.
PMI may also log your Internet protocol ("IP")
address for system administration and troubleshooting purposes. (An IP address
indicates the location of your computer on the Internet.) PMI does not link an
IP address to any personally identifiable information.
2. Information Use and Disclosure.
(a) Internal Use. PMI may identify you in connection
with your use of certain aspects of this Site. For
example, PMI may identify you as the purchaser and/or
recipient of certain equipment. PMI may internally use your personal information
and business information to improve PMI’s marketing and promotional efforts,
to improve the Site’s content and/or layout, and to determine general marketplace
information about visitors to this Site.
(b) External Use. PMI does not sell, rent, license
or otherwise disclose your specific personal and

a valid court order or if PMI is otherwise required to disclose such information
by law. PMI does not use any outside companies to process customer orders or

to perform a specific job are granted access to your personal and business information.
Finally, the servers where PMI stores your personal and business information
are kept in a secure environment, behind a locked door and an electronic firewall.
(c) Disclaimer. WHILE PMI HAS TAKEN EVERY COMMERCIALLY
REASONABLE PRECAUTION TO SAFEGUARD YOUR PERSONAL
AND BUSINESS INFORMATION, PMI CANNOT GUARANTEE

OPT OUT/CORRECTIONS
Upon your request, PMI will (a) remove your personal
and business information
from PMI’s database of recipients of updated information or products about
PMI (though PMI reserves the right to maintain personal and business information
about parties with whom it transacts business); or (b) correct or update your
personal and business information. You can request that PMI remove, correct or
update your personal and business information by e-mailing your request to PMI’s
Customer Support department at silsts@emailpmi.com.
UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
If PMI decides to change or update this Privacy Policy,
PMI will post changes and updates on this Site so
that you will always be aware of what information
PMI collects, uses and distributes. PMI encourages you to review this Privacy
