FLEXATHON
screens are made from a thin, yet highly durable, polyurethane
material, which is pretension in each direction and
vibrates like a drum skin preventing particles from
sticking.
Above
the FLEXATHON membranes are fitted to WS85 1' x 4' Modular
Panels in a new installation.

The
FLEXATHON membrane is punched and pretensioned to
be lively, flexible and resilient. Flexathon give
the highest open area of any synthetic screen and
in some cases can beat the open are of square mesh
wire cloth in smaller openings. |

in square or slotted opening.
The
best synthetic screen media available for making tight
separations when screening fine damp material even in
the 3% - 6% moisture range or fine dry screening applications
for tight, consistent and reliable separations like
SUPERPAVE specifications. Prevents blinding in dry or
damp applications and and plugging in near size situations.
