NT Series Rockbreakers

BTI offers a wide range of Rockbreaker Systems suitable for raking and breaking in both stationary
and portable crushing plants.

RC Series Rockbreakers

Specifically designed for recycling and light aggregate applications, these systems mount on primary or jaw crushing plants. They provide a safe and efficient way of handling oversize material as it is fed to the crusher.

SX Series Rockbreakers

For the larger stationary crushing plants, BTI has designed and developed the SX Series Rockbreaker System. This system used in applications where extremely hard rock is present or a large coverage area is required. It can be used for material handling applications

TM Series Rockbreakers

Both high strength and performance are top priorities at stationary crushing plants. This system features maneuverability, durability and reliability.

TT Series Rockbreakers

For the larger stationary crushing plants, BTI has designed and developed the TT Series Rockbreaker System. This system used in applications where extremely hard rock is present or a large coverage area is required. It can be used for material handling applications.

NT Series Breaker Systems

Teledyne's NT Breaker Systems the best in it's class gives you both safety and increased production

The Teledyne NT Series is ideally suited for working with jaw and impact crushers including mobile, portable and smaller stationary crushing plants. This pedestal mounted hydraulic breaker system is excellent for the secondary breaking of oversize on the grizzly or in the crusher.

Because they are built tough with the ability to rake and break oversize or bridged material, thus keeping a steady flow through the primary crusher.

BTI NT Breaker Systems Feature:

  • A massive swing frame that will transmit the bending and torsion loads through the base to the foundation.
  • A large base area to support the unit securely to the foundation, yet compact for easy mounting.
  • Oversize pins and hardened steel bushings to provide long service life with a minimum of maintenance.

The NT Series' control system comes standard with a base mounted hydraulic valve and an easy to operate and install electric joystick controls for operator comfort.

The NT Series has powerful hydraulic cylinders built with oversized components and hardened chrome plated rods for maximum life under adverse conditions. The BTI system has two large diameter swing cylinders generating maximum torque required for tough raking applications. The base is purposely built to endure years of trouble-free operation.

BTI hydraulic power packs have been engineered to insure proper operation in the harsh environments. They come complete with a load sensing, pressure and flow compensated hydraulic pump to maximize efficiency for breaking operation. The pressure, return and air filters ensure a clean, long life for the total system.

The NT Series Breaker System is shipped in easy to assemble modules to facilitate installation. Designed and manufactured by the industry's single largest supplier, the NT Series continues the BTI tradition of quality breaker systems. These systems are backed and supported around the world through the company's network of knowledgeable, factory-trained dealers and service personnel.
