units are suited to Recycling Concrete, Brick
and other demolition rubble as well as Asphalt and Slag.
Contractors can realize savings on demolition material
dumping costs and material transport costs. Crushed
material can be sold to other job sites or the crushed
material can be used on site as landfill or base material.
Low noise levels, diesel engines that reduce harmful
exhaust emissions, spray systems to reduce dust and
low fuel consumption are all factors favoring on-site
crushing of recyclable materials.
Nordberg C Jaws and NP Impactors offer high capacity
and minimum settings down to 1" (25 mm) and that means
more finished product at a single pass. Low weights
and compact dimensions make these units easy to transport
from job site to another. PLC control systems with remote
radio control are easy to use, allowing one operator.
The plant can be controlled by the loader or excavator
operator from the cab. Fast setup time: half an hour
or even less mean even 1 day jobs are feasible.
Aggregate
producers benefit from reduced
costs as truck haulage is reduced or eliminated.

Crushing 30%, Truck haulage 35%, Other (storage etc.)
